Abstract

This paper examines a Hebrew sentence rendered in Arabic script found in an
Ottoman manuscript. It appears in Mecmūʿatü’l-Fevāʾid, a composite manuscript
housed in the Archaeological Manuscripts Collection (no. 885) of the Istanbul
Archaeological Museums Library.
