Submissions
Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
- The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
- The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
- An article must be accompanied by an abstract in English (1.000–1.300 characters, incl. spaces) and 3 to 6 key words in English.
- The submitted article has been anonymized.
- The resolution of illustrations complies with the guidelines of the RHY. Pictures are uploaded as a separate file. The text contains picture marks (picture positions) as well as picture captions.
- The author is the sole owner of all rights to the article and any illustrations contained therein or has obtained the necessary written permission for the latter.
