Abstract

Modifying Austria's copyright law within the new legislative period starting
2013 was necessary due to changing framework conditions (economic and technical change, changes concerning European law). It became effective in October 2015. Plenty of these modifications are crucial for the use of electronic repositories. The document at hand therefore introduces and discusses significant legal regulations.
