Implementing Alma in the Austrian Library Network with a special focus on cohort 2 libraries

In January 2018, Cohort 2 completed its migration to the cloud-based library system Alma. In order to realize this inter-institutional project, central and local project structures had to be defined and the individual project phases of the overall project had to be worked on.
