Abstract

The first volume on academic freedom published by the “Netzwerk Wissenschaftsfreiheit e.V.” provides numerous contributions from various academic disciplines. The thesis: academic freedom is in part endangered, be it that (massive or subtle) interventions in science are taking place, be it that the “scissors in the head” are already narrowing the field.
