Abstract

On January 31, 2017, the University Library of the Paris Lodron University of Salzburg restituted to the state of Salzburg 10 manuscripts and 40 printed books from the Konradinum, a care home for the mentally disabled and multi-handicapped at Eugendorf. The objects had come to the University Library in the time of National Socialism and were rediscovered in the course of the Nazi provenance research. The article informs about the ceremonial act, the Konradinum as well as about how its books had found their way into the University Library.
