Abstract

After more than 40 years in the civil service, including more than 30 years in the Austrian Parliamentary Administration Elisabeth Dietrich-Schulz retired as director of the parliamentary library and archives. In the following interview she talks about changes in the careers of women, her favorite place in the parliament building and the energy which enabled her to achieve many goals.
