Abstract

In the course of a provenance research project, 19 books in the library holdings of the Vetmeduni Vienna were identified as Nazi loot stolen from the Kuppitsch bookshop. In a Restitution Ceremony on 18 October 2016, the Vetmeduni Vienna returned these books to the rightful heirs. This article contains a report on the Restitution Ceremony and a description of some of the books.
