The IATUL Director’s Summit provided an overview of the different approaches to dealing with the pandemic. There were similarities in handling such as contact tracing and social distancing, as well as online services. Services for students were and are being expanded. At some libraries, expensive measures were taken to reopen them, while others retained simple but equally effective and innovative ideas. Some focused on the well-being of their staff. The lectures were rounded up by the contribution of a certified crisis manager and psychologist.
