Abstract

The 2023 annual conference of the Society for Media Studies (GfM) invites you to reconstruct, reflect on and systematically criticize media-specific dependencies under the title "Dependencies". With the topic "Dependencies" of the annual conference of the Society for Media Studies 2023, we address different dependencies from and in media as well as in media studies itself. Within the framework of the reconstruction, reflection and systematic criticism of media-specific dependencies, there is also an exchange with the excellence cluster "Beyond Slavery and Freedom “ of the University of Bonn.
