Abstract

During the first lockdown in March 2020, the Vienna Public Libraries had the task of making their diverse offers accessible to all Viennese residents. Since it was not possible to visit the branches, they moved into Virtuality. The article describes how it was possible to make media and all events available within a very short period of time and to support pedagogues in their work – completely free of charge!
