Abstract

For the last six months the COVID-19 pandemic has forced probably every library in the world to continuously adapt the organization and the provision of services. But how did the libraries at Austrian Universities of Applied Sciences manage this crisis? Head librarians took part in a survey and gave insight into fields such as human resources management, additional crisis services, and budget spending. Changes and adaptations sometimes had to be made overnight. This article tries to sum them up and to present them collectively.
