In this Plädoyer (‘pleading’), the Hamburg-based think tank The New Institute writes against the stated loss of importance of the humanities. To this end, the authors call for a New Enlightenment that should enable innovative thinking about the future through interdisciplinarity, multi-perspectivity and anti-dogmatic approaches.
