The focus on Safer Internet Day 2023 was on the topic of fake news. In a study, 400 young people were asked about how they deal with fake news. In addition, the Youth Internet Monitor surveyed the use of internet platforms by young people in Austria. All media projects around Safer Internet Day were published online under the hashtag #SID2023AT.
