"A play about the climate - by primary school children for students and everyone else."

Abstract

This article is a summary of Livia Woidich’s artistic master’s thesis (Woidich 2024). The work comprises a play that was developed and produced together with children from a first-grade class and performed in the amphitheatre of the University College of Teacher Education Vienna. This development process was researched in a participatory way. After the process, a toolkit for the development of theatre plays together with school children was created. The master’s thesis and this article also contain recommendations for teachers.
