Since 2018, the technical onboarding process for new administrative employees of various organisational units (StudyServiceCentres and Offices, institutes, deaneries) at the University of Vienna has been undergoing a change. As part of this change, an area that is extremely essential is also being revised: basic training on the university-wide database. This basic training used to consist of a three- to four-hour on-site session and was then moved to Moodle as a CMS and information channel. This article describes our process of transferring these documents to Moodle as a self-sufficient self-study course including a learning path.
